Return Policy

14 Day returns include the following exceptions listed below:

• unworn products that have no damage on product caused by Customer.
• products that might have defect/defects from manufacturer.

There has to be no sign of use on the product being returned. Also you will have to use your own mailing service because we do not provide any postage label or refund for shipping. You are responsible for shipping the items back and we can not refund you for shipping costs. 

Any direct contact with water or sweat disqualifies your items from getting refunds, returns, or exchanges. 

Refund policy

• products that are custom name or name initial orders are not eligible for returns

Instructions for returns:

1.  email us your return request with explanation for return and please include your order number, name and phone number for verification purposes.
2. we will look into your request and get back to you as soon as possible within 1-4 days.
3. please include photo/photos of item if the item is requested for return due to manufacturer defect. 

We do not provide refunds after the product is shipped, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read product description before making a purchase.
