Refund Policy
14 Day returns include the following exceptions listed below:
- unworn products that have no damage on product caused by Customer.
- products that might have defect/defects from manufacturer.
Any direct contact with water or sweat disqualifies your items from getting refunds, returns, or exchanges.

- products that are custom name or name initial orders are not eligible for returns
- some products we don't offer returns on depending on the manufacturer.
Instructions for returns:
- email us your return request with explanation for return and please include your order number, name and phone number for verification purposes.
- we will look into your request and get back to you as soon as possible within 1-4 days.
- please include photo/photos of item if the item is requested for return due to manufacturer defect.
